The First Steps to Setting Yourself Free of Fear

There are two states of being that we all experience during our lifetime, one is fear and the other is love. All else in between stems from either one of these.

Unfortunately many of us get stuck in fear, living a life rife with insecurity and attachment. If we stay stuck in these fears or if we repress them they lodge into our bodies and subconscious and they unconsciously run us and wreak havoc in our lives.

When we do the work to clear and heal these areas of our lives then life becomes so much more blissful, beautiful and bountiful! We experience the clarity and beauty of our true Self.

If you’re living your life in fear then you will experience struggle and things will be tough for you. If you’re living a life in love you will experience flow and you will handle your challenges with ease, for you always can see the bigger picture.

We are actually born free of fear, as babies we are blank canvases, then we experience childhood where fears begin to be planted within us. We cannot control this, it’s just a part of life. Fears are like seeds which grow with us as we age. If we do not face them the universe will keep throwing us the same story, camouflaged by different situations, over and over again until we finally get it.

To relinquish fear you must let go of the past, you must let go of the attachment, let go of the insecurities and above all you must learn to TRUST.

Trust the flow of life, trust that things will work out and trust that you have everything you need inside you to face any challenge. Because you actually do. This is the great paradox and the great struggle we face on Earth.

Anyone who wants to move forward with their lives and discontinue the struggle has to get their hands dirty with Self-work. Unfortunately there are no short cuts. No quick fixes. No cheating. It takes Self-discipline, courage and commitment to YOU.
