Kundalini Yoga is known as ‘Yoga of Awareness” because it allows you to connect your creativity to the Infinite, and you then begin fully to experience your gifts and purpose.

In this workshop, you will experience that you’re one with the universal essence and you will learn to master your own energy.

By following a yogic lifestyle and stimulating kundalini energy, one obtains sexual vitality for life. Sexual energy is dedicated to internalized sexuality, to the eternal dance of Shakti and Shiva, the creative power and the communion of the masculine and feminine poles in our own body.

MODERN LIFE, ANCIENT HEALING with Trudy & Devi

Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga, cautioned us that as we transition into the Aquarian Age, that is, through 2038, humanity would suffer from a phenomenon he called Cold Depression.

Cold Depression is when the external demand is greater than the internal capacity to deliver and we have spent our reserves. This leads us to inner anger and isolation from our soul.

The yogi and meditator's brains physically respond differently to stressors in the system. We become sensitive to the rhythms in our environment because when we are out of rhythm with nature and our own personal flow of energy, that's when stress and anxiety come in. Then we are in sync.


Part III:

accessing your highest realms & intuition with anna

Our brains are the most sophisticated, elastic mechanisms in the Universe. The brain is what we use to fulfil our purpose. This capacity to fulfil our intention is blocked by old patterns and old responses. Hence, the capacity to rewire the brain is an essential human asset. 

As yogis, we will use the eyes—Drishti; and the hands—Mudras; and the tongue—Mantra to rewire our brains.

Part IV:

DEEP CELLULAR RELAXATION with Yana

Many Shaman’s believed that sound was the origin of everything. They knew how to fuse pictures of reality out of sound, even to effect genetic healing.

What is sound and how does it affect us? In Kundalini yoga, we call it Naad, the essence of all sound.

The principle of Naad yoga plays a vital and sacred role in any yoga practices. It allows us to break down the limiting patterns, alter our self-rhythm and adjust our psyche to its highest potential. It a science and when linked with the breath it has a projective power. And breath (Prana) sound, that which is creative of light and life, is the creator of sound. We now know that sound can heal. In Kundalini Yoga, we use sound to alter the frequencies of our brain. We are going to explore sound, and the Naad through chanting and listening to the Gong, to fully embody its transformational powers. Naad cannot be taught it must be experienced!

Wear comfy clothes. You certainly don't have to, but we invite you to wear white clothes as this is part of the Kundalini Yoga tradition.
