Classes are open to all levels. It doesn't matter whether you're a new student to Kundalini Yoga or highly experienced. It's our mission to help you learn, grow and feel fantastic through our weekly group yoga classes in Brisbane.
Yoga Passes can be bought online or in class (cash only; no booking is required).
Clases will continue on Saturday 12 January after Sadhana. Come and join us!
Just turn up when you wish in comfortable clothing and your bottle of water. We provide the yoga mat, but you're welcome to bring yours. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts so the teacher can welcome you. We're looking forward to receiving you into our growing community!
WHAT TO EXPECT IN A CLASS
In yogic theory Kundalini is a primal energy (shakti). Kundalini is a sleeping, potential force in the human organism. Kundalini awakening occurs through meditation, pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures), mudras (hand gestures), bandhas (body locks) and the chanting of mantras, collectively known as a 'Kriya'. Each class is different and each Kriya is designed to have a different positive effect on your being.
Classes are open to all levels and you'll be taught by experienced, highly certified teachers.
