Come and join us! Buy your Introductory Yoga Pass here. Yoga Passes can be bought online or in class (cash only; no booking is required). Just turn up when you wish in comfortable clothing. We provide the yoga mat, but you're welcome to bring yours.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN A CLASS
In yogic theory Kundalini is a primal energy (shakti). Kundalini is a sleeping, potential force in the human organism. Kundalini awakening occurs through meditation, pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures), mudras (hand gestures), bandhas (body locks) and the chanting of mantras, collectively known as a 'Kriya'. Each class is different and each Kriya is designed to have a different positive effect on your being.
Classes are open to all levels and you'll be taught by experienced, highly certified teachers.
